Junk Food is dangerous!


     Some people say, junk food is tasty and cheap. No wonder in several countries including Indonesia, junk food is very popular. Though often enjoying junk food will have an impact on health in the future. Some people say that if only occasionally enjoying junk food is certainly not a problem. but the truth is junk food is very dangerous for health.
     The first reason, we all know that junk food contains animal oil, sodium and very high calories. With more often enjoying junk food, more and more people are overweight or obese. As a result they are exposed to high blood pressure, diabetes, cholesterol at risk of stroke, heart attack, and can even end in death.
     The second reason, on average junk food does not contain enough nutrients and vitamins. Most of these foods contain preservatives and dyes to make them look fresher, and last longer. Especially in Indonesia, there's so many cheap foods use dangerous ingredients.
     The third reason, some people said junk food is cheap and delicious, but in the future they have to pay expensive medicine and hospital costs. it's better to cook at home. the foods will healthier, and cleaner. Especially in Indonesia, spices, cheap fresh vegetables, as well as fresh fish and meat in traditional markets.
     The Conclusion is, junk food only tastes on the tongue, after passing through the neck we do not feel the pleasure, it is dangerous for health in the future. health is priceless treasure, it is better to prevent it earlier. Let's make it a habit for our families to eat healthy foods and avoid junk food if you can.
